“Such a beautiful location! Your breath deepens naturally in this farmhouse studio with a mountain view. Maya is like a magician or healer who senses what’s going on not just externally but also deep inside to help bring harmony back to your body. As you focus on her advice and move, you feel energy gradually flow back into every part of the body. After the session, I feel tuned up and refreshed. My senses are awakened and sharpened, and I feel very comfortable in my body.“
“Since I started Gyrotonic, I have become more aware of the movements of each part of my body when I walk. Even if I have pain in my knees, after the session is over, I feel so refreshed and the pain is much better or sometimes completely gone. My most favorite thing about this class is that the studio is surrounded by nature, so you can hear birds singing, see the mountain scenery, and feel the wind on you. This feels very luxurious and refreshes both the body and mind.“
