July 2023: GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Training Course

プレトレーニングコースは、1日5時間(休憩時間を含めて約7～8時間)を6日間連続で行ないます。ジャイロトニック®愛好者から指導者資格の取得を目指す方までご参加いただけます。じっくりとジャイロトニック®︎の基礎を学ぶことでしか得られない自分の身体の変化を感じます。

このコースは、日英バイリンガルの方、日本語のみの方、英語のみの方など、言葉の面でも安心してご参加いただけます

▼対象者
－ジャイロトニック®の指導者資格の取得を目指している方（第一歩目のコースになります）
－ジャイロトニックのエクササイズを集中して経験したい方（トレーナーは目指していないが、理解をもっと深めたい方）

▼受講条件
ジャイロトニック®セッションの受講経験が10回程度あること
※未経験の方は必ず事前にご相談ください。

July 2023: GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Training Course

This course consists of 5 hours/day (about 7-8 hours including breaks) for 6 consecutive days and is designed to help you learn the fundamentals of the GYROTONIC® method.

It is the first course towards becoming a GYROTONIC® trainer, but even if this is not your goal, you are welcome to join to simply deepen your understanding of the method and enjoy the changes in the body experienced from doing an intensive course.

You are required to have already experienced at least ten sessions to join this course. Please consult with me if you are interested in participating but lack this experience.

This course can be conducted in English and/or Japanese (depending on who participates).

Instructor: Malaya Ileto (Certified GYROTONIC®︎ Pre-Trainer)

Where: MAYAMOVES KOMINKA in Iiyama City, Nagano, Japan 

Capacity: Only 3 spots available

Fees: Course fee USD850 or Japanese Yen equivalent (rate as of July 1, 2023) + Studio fee 60,000 yen (tax included)
